Blue Flag Beach in Cornwall
As a world heritage site it has been voted best resort in England and fourth best in the world, using factors such as beach quality, friendliness, outstanding natural beauty and Cultural activities.
Parking is available with direct access to the sandy beach. A ramp leads down to the beach and is suitable for disabled access, but because of the gradient it does not conform to the full wheelchair access requirements and supervision will be needed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from the Sunday before Easter until the 30th September, except between the hours of 5 a.m. and 8 a.m.
Carbis Bay Beach awarded Blue Flag status for the 12th consecutive year in 2017, one of only eight in Cornwall to achieve this coveted award.
We have been awarded Keep Britain Tidy’s Seaside Award for 2016 and 2017.
