Reopening of Carbis Bay Estate
We are really looking forward to our Main House opening on Thursday 20th May. The team cannot wait to welcome guests back to our beautiful hotel, seat you at one of our beachside tables and reveal the newly improved Orangery dining room.
Whilst guests have been enjoying our self-catering accommodation, including our Beach Lodges, Beach Houses, Valley Cottages and Apartments, from 20th May our Beach Suites within the Ocean Venue will also be available to book.

Following the easing of Government restrictions our flagship Restaurant 1894 is now fully open. The airy, spacious interior with exceptional ocean views across the bay is an ideal environment to enjoy afternoon tea or dinner daily.
Whilst the Beach Club Restaurant is being enhanced, we have moved temporarily our Beach Club offering to an exciting, new alfresco covered area on the promenade, adjacent to the beach. The menu has a generous selection of fresh fish including oysters and you will find old favourites such as handmade pizzas and steak. Let someone else do the cooking, sit back, relax and take in the view.
Summer will see the unveiling and opening of many new guest experiences including a refurbished and extended Beach Club Restaurant, a new promenade restaurant along with our Cornish Deli and our breathtaking, newly enhanced Spa.
Our chefs have returned to two brand new, state-of-the-art kitchens and we will be sharing some exciting news regarding our restaurant plans for 2021 shortly.
