Welcome to Barrepta, our four-bedroom house is situated on a quiet residential road, just a short distance from the Carbis Bay Estate and Carbis Bay Beach. A breakfast hamper is included each morning of your stay and delivered to your property from the Carbis Bay Hotel.
Although Barrepta is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, this property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. Barrepta is not on the Carbis Bay Estate but is located within Carbis Bay, a short distance from the Estate. All guests have full use of the Estate's facilities which include the C Bay Spa.

| You won't find a traditional room folder but a guest tablet, making it easy to access and enjoy all the facilities of the Carbis Bay Estate, from ordering room service, booking spa treatments, making dinner reservations or finding out more about the surrounding area. |
On entering the house there is a large open-plan living space with an adjoining fully-fitted modern kitchen. Doors lead out to the enclosed garden at the rear of the property with a decked area.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one single, along with a bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in shower.
Upstairs are two further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms benefit from far reaching coastal views.
Although Barrepta is out of the ownership of Carbis Bay Estate, this property is marketed and managed by the Estate on behalf of its owners. Moresk Cottage is not on the Carbis Bay Estate but is located in Truro. All guests residing in Barrepta have complimentary use the Estate's facilities, including the C Bay Spa.
