Join us in our award-winning C Bay Spa this October for Wellness Week, 2024.

Explore your wellbeing, take time out to nurture and restore, learn effective methods and gain insights from wellness professionals whilst being pampered in the beautiful coastal setting of Carbis Bay. With different activities, workshops, treatments and talks on each day, see our full itinerary below. 

  • Monday 21 October

    Cold Water Therapy

    Embrace the benefits of cold water swimming with open water swimming coach, Sarah Walsh. The swim is followed by a discussion about the benefits of cold water swimming and the use of the C Bay Spa facilities is included as well as refreshments.

  • Tuesday 22 October

    Reiki & Guided Meditation

    Experience a profound, yet non-invasive guided group mediation treatment that will help balance and realign the mind, body and spiritual self. Specialist, Kathryn will lead the session and will discuss the benefits of Reiki and Chakra. Use of spa facilities is included.

  • Wednesday 23 October

    Coastal Yoga

    Meet Yoga teacher Kate, on the mat in our breathtaking coastal yoga room. With panoramic views of St Ives Bay, Kate will lead Hatha yoga sessions open to all abilities. With a morning and evening class available and spa facilities included.

  • Thursday 24 October

    Cold Water Therapy

    Open water swimming coach, Sarah Walsh returns leading a group cold water swim session and discussion about the benefits of cold water swimming. Use of the C Bay Spa facilities is included as well as refreshments.

  • Friday 25 October

    Paint and Spa with Henrietta Graham

    Spend a day with professional artist Henrietta Graham in the Stunning Studio at Carbis Bay Spa. Graham will guide you throughout the entire process of connecting with your creativity. Followed by use of the award-winning spa facilities.

  • Saturday 26 October

    Sound Healing with Bamford

    Enjoy this relaxing facial which incorporates sound healing to boost health and wellbeing, reduce toxins and alleviate insomnia. With a surprise gift from the Bamford team to take away and use of spa facilities included, this is experience is uplifting for the mind and the soul.

  • Sunday 27 October

    Yoga and Breathing Techniques

    Yoga teacher Kate returns to lead Hatha yoga sessions with a flowing sequence of poses open to all abilities. Followed by a group workshop with specialist Kathryn, on breathing techniques and a gentle guided meditation. Refreshments and use of the spa facilities is included.
